Shipping & Delivery
Western Handbag Wholesale uses USPS and UPS as our shiping carriers. The shipping prices are automatically calculated by USPS and UPS and updated live as the customer adds items into their cart. It is up to the customer to ultimately decide which shipping option they choose to ship his or her order. We can ship the order out same day if the order is placed before 4:00 pm. 
Privacy & Security
Western Handbag Wholesale strives our best to protect our customer's privacy. We use top of the class security measures and have a dedicated security team to ensure the safety of teh information we receive from our customers. However, Western Handbag Wholesale is not responsible for any lost data.
Returns & Replacements
Western Handbag Wholesale allows returns and replacement for defective items if the issue is reported 3 days after the item is received (verified by tracking number). After the 3 days grace period, we are unable to provide any returns or replacements.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We use PayPal as our payment merchant and all payments are accepted on the PayPal website. PayPal is a secure payment service that has top of the class security standards to protect our customers payment information.
Unlike our competitors, we are very transparent regarding our prices. The prices are what you see is what you get. However, we do provide price matching and if the customer is to find a cheaper price for a similar item from a competitor, we can try to match the price.
We provide sitewide order total promotions and occasionally we will also provide seasonal promtions.
